We are halfway through January and as I write, it is according to the papers "Blue Monday".  As far as I can see from what the papers are writing most days are "Blue" what with the likes of Trump, Putin, Brexit, rail strikes, weather, Dry January - need I go on?

Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Christmas is a great time for celebrating! Whether you choose to adore the whole thing - the giving of presents, the sparkle of the tree, the buzzing of the shops, watching children escalate to fever pitch with excitement, eating turkey and goose and pulling crackers, and of course drinking fabulous wines in rather generous amounts - as I do. Or to sulk as my husband does, enjoying the whole Scrooge approach!! He still manages to enjoy all the wines though!
